Affiliate Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility & Participation

Participation is voluntary and subject to approval.
You must be 18+ and legally able to enter into contracts.
Affiliates must actively create original content relevant to the wedding, photo, or video industry.


Coupon sites, deal aggregators, and discount-code scraping services are prohibited.
Wedding Creator Bundle may approve, deny, or revoke participation at its sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Conduct & Restrictions

Affiliates may not:

  • Use paid ads or engage in media buying to promote affiliate links or codes.

  • Share links publicly on coupon sites, discount forums, or comment spam.

  • Self-refer or purchase through their own affiliate link.

  • Use misleading, deceptive, or spam-driven tactics.

  • Promote Wedding Creator Bundle on platforms containing offensive, hateful, or inappropriate content.

  • Bid on Wedding Creator Bundle–related search terms or confusingly similar variations.

  • Resell, redistribute, or repackage any products included in the Bundle.

Any violation results in immediate removal from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

3. Content & Promotion

Affiliates must:

  • Share honest, original content that accurately reflects their actual use of the Bundle and its products.

  • Promote through their personal channels only (social media, email newsletters, blogs, etc.).

  • Follow all FTC disclosure requirements for affiliate relationships.

  • Use approved marketing assets unless granted written authorization to create custom materials.

4. Commissions & Payouts

A 15-day cookie window applies.
Commissions are calculated on net revenue (after discounts and refunds)—not MSRP.
No commissions are paid on refunds, fraudulent purchases, or chargebacks.
Payouts occur monthly through PayPal or Bank Transfer once the minimum threshold of $5 is met.

Any overpaid commissions may be deducted from future payments or invoiced back to the affiliate.

Affiliate performance and data are available through the Wedding Creator Bundle affiliate dashboard.

5. Intellectual Property

Use of Wedding Creator Bundle branding, names, and assets is limited to Program participation and must follow branding guidelines.
Wedding Creator Bundle may reuse affiliate-generated content—including videos, graphics, and testimonials—for promotional purposes.

6. Confidentiality

Affiliates may not disclose, misuse, or distribute confidential information received through the Program, including conversion data, internal communications, or unreleased product information.

7. Independent Contractor Status

Affiliates act as independent contractors.
Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.

8. Limitation of Liability

Wedding Creator Bundle is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Maximum liability is capped at the total commissions paid to the affiliate during the prior six months.

9. Termination

Wedding Creator Bundle may terminate or suspend participation at any time, with or without notice.


Upon termination, all unpaid or pending commissions are forfeited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

11. Data Protection & GDPR Compliance

Wedding Creator Bundle processes personal data associated with the Program—including names, email addresses, payout information, and performance metrics—solely for administering the Program, tracking performance, paying commissions, and complying with legal obligations.

Wedding Creator Bundle acts as the data controller for affiliate data.
By participating in the Program, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your personal data will be processed under applicable data-protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

  • You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data by contacting us at hello@weddingcreatorbundle.com.

  • You may request data portability or withdraw consent where applicable; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.

  • Wedding Creator Bundle may transfer data outside the EU/EEA using appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).

  • Affiliate data will not be sold or shared with third parties except trusted service providers necessary to operate the Program (such as affiliate tracking and payment processors).

  • Upon termination of participation, Wedding Creator Bundle may retain certain data as required for tax, accounting, or legal compliance purposes.

Affiliates must comply with all applicable privacy laws in their own promotions, including GDPR-compliant disclosures and consent practices when collecting or processing personal data of EU/EEA individuals.

12. Amendments

Wedding Creator Bundle may amend or update these Terms at any time.
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the latest version.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and Wedding Creator Bundle regarding Program participation.
